Last week, I began the 10% rule--10% of 50mg for 7-10 days. I got my husband to estimate 45 mg and cut it (he is better than I am with measuring!). Tonight I will start 40mg for 7 days and so on. Ause I felt like I was spiraling out of control. I fell asleep okay that night, but had nightmares again. Friday (10 28) I woke up with the same feeling of something wrong. My chest was extremely tight. I was not up more than 15 minutes and I was dry heaving again. I tried to get myself under control because I was not ready to go through another day like that.
